Sankalp Siddhi Sansthan is a social welfare trust based in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This policy explains how donations made to the Sansthan are received, used and accounted for.

1. Use of Donations

Donations are used exclusively for the charitable objectives of the trust — free medical and eye camps, food and grain distribution, education and learning support, youth development, Gau Seva and animal welfare, and general humanitarian seva. If you indicate a preferred purpose while donating, we make every reasonable effort to apply your contribution to that cause; where that is not practical, it is applied where the need is greatest.

2. Acknowledgement & Receipts

Every donation is acknowledged. After your transfer, please share the transaction reference with us by phone, WhatsApp or email so we can confirm receipt and issue an acknowledgement in the donor’s name.

3. Verification Before Transfer

Please verify the Sansthan’s bank or UPI details by calling +91 98205 50990 before transferring. We never solicit donations through unofficial personal accounts.

4. Refunds

Donations once made are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (for example a duplicate or incorrect amount), contact us within 7 days with the transaction details and we will review the request in good faith.

5. Transparency

We maintain records of donations and their utilisation as required by applicable Indian trust and taxation laws. Donors may ask us at any time how their contribution was used.
